How much does a WordPress fix cost?
One-off WordPress repairs are £55 per hour, with a guide price before work starts. Repairs are free for websites built by Nexar on a Nexar managed hosting plan. You can also move your website to us from £27 per month, with WordPress fixes included as part of the transfer.
Are repairs free on a managed hosting plan?
Yes, if your website was built by Nexar and you are on a Nexar managed hosting plan. Repairs for those websites are included at no extra charge.
Can I move my website to Nexar and have it fixed?
Yes. You can move your website to Nexar managed hosting from £27 per month, with WordPress fixes included as part of the transfer.
What happens if the problem cannot be fixed?
If we are unable to fix the problem, we will not charge you.
Can you help if my website has been hacked?
Yes. We investigate suspicious changes, malware and redirects, and help repair the affected website. What can be recovered depends on the issue and the backups available.
What should I include in my enquiry?
