Payment and Account Management Notice for Email Hosting Packages

Billing Cycle: All payments for our email hosting packages are made one month in advance. You will be billed monthly.

Payment Responsibility: Please ensure your payment details remain up to date to prevent interruptions to your email services.

Suspension Policy:

7 Days Overdue: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your email hosting account will be suspended. This means you will temporarily lose access to your emails, and incoming and outgoing email services may be disrupted.

3 Months Overdue: If payment remains outstanding for 3 months, your email hosting account will be permanently deleted. All associated emails, messages and stored data will be irretrievably lost.

However, if you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact us in advance. We understand that circumstances can change and will work with you to avoid the deletion of your email account and data.

To ensure uninterrupted email services and prevent data loss, please make payments on time and keep your payment details updated.
