Your website hosting and ongoing maintenance will now be managed by Nexar Web Services, providing you with reliable hosting, security and dedicated technical support seven days a week.

We’ve made the transition as straightforward as possible, ensuring your website and associated services continue running smoothly.

• Website Hosting: Secure and reliable hosting for one website.
• Domain Name: 1 domain name is included
• SSL Certificate: Keeps your website connection secure.
• Website Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance to keep your website running smoothly.
• Daily Backups: Automatic daily backups retained for up to 60 days.
• System Updates: Regular WordPress, plugin and system updates.
• 7-Day Support: Website and email technical support available seven days a week.
• Imunify360 Protection: Advanced server security to help protect your website against online threats.

Domain & Website Transfer

We’ll handle the transfer of your website hosting to Nexar Web Services behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

If we currently manage your domain name, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll take care of the transfer for you.

If your domain name is managed by another provider, please follow the instructions provided in your welcome email to ensure everything is set up correctly.

We’re here to help with the day-to-day management of your website, hosting and email services.

Our support includes:

• cPanel Support: Assistance with your hosting control panel and settings.
• Email Support: Email account setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
• DNS & Domain Management: Domain settings, DNS configurations and transfers.
• WordPress Support: Technical assistance with WordPress and website-related issues.

Our technical support is available seven days a week, helping ensure your website and email services continue running smoothly.

Payments & Billing

Your first payment will be taken on 1st November 2026.

There is no charge when registering your package today.

• Monthly Payments: Your hosting package is billed monthly in advance.
• Payment Date: Payments are collected on the 1st of each month.
• Invoices: An invoice will be issued following each successful payment.
• No VAT: Nexar Web Services is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT will be added to your payments.

Please ensure your payment details remain up to date to avoid any interruption to your services.

Important Account Information

7 Days Overdue

If a payment remains outstanding for more than seven days, your hosting account may be suspended until payment is received.

During suspension, your website and email access will be temporarily unavailable. Incoming emails will continue to be received and stored on the server, but you won’t be able to access them until your account is reactivated.

6 Months Overdue

If your account remains unpaid for six months, your hosting account and all associated website files, databases and emails will be permanently deleted.

Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
