A message saying “sent” is not the same as an email reaching the correct inbox. After the agreed repair, we check the enquiry route with you, including the business notification and any customer confirmation the form is meant to send.
Where an external email provider or another service is involved, we explain any separate action needed. We will also flag any limitations rather than claim the problem is resolved without checking the result.
