Monthly Local SEO
Reach more local customers, month by month
Our Monthly Local SEO plans help you build your local visibility gradually, without paying for a larger package upfront. They are available exclusively for WordPress websites hosted with Nexar Web Services.
For example, a plumber serving Solihull needs a page that explains their plumbing services in Solihull. An electrician serving Evesham needs content that matches searches for an electrician in Evesham. Your pages are planned around your business and the genuine areas you cover.
Choose 1, 2 or 3 new local pages each month. We write the content, add the pages to your website, optimise them and submit them to Google and Bing. Ongoing care for the pages in your plan is included while your subscription is active.
There is no long-term contract. If you cancel, the pages we have created remain on your website; ongoing care for those pages stops when your plan ends.
What’s included in Local SEO?
Every page is written in natural UK English, with original content tailored to your services and its target location. We do not simply copy the same page and change the town name.
Your package includes:
- Typically 500–800 words of locally relevant content per page
- Keyword targeting based on your service and location
- Yoast SEO titles and meta descriptions
- Clear H1 and H2 headings to organise the content
- Relevant image alt text
- Clean, descriptive page URLs
- Appropriate local business structured data
- Contact buttons, enquiry forms or telephone links
- Sitemap updates and submission to Google and Bing
- Google Search Console setup if needed
- Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and improvements for the local SEO pages included in your active plan
Important information
Monthly Local SEO is for Nexar-hosted WordPress websites only. If you host elsewhere, contact us about moving your website or take a look at our bulk packages.
We optimise and submit your pages, but search engines decide when to crawl and index them. Rankings, traffic and enquiries cannot be guaranteed, and results depend on competition, search demand and your website.
Your chosen allowance is the number of new pages we add each month. Existing pages created through your plan stay on your website if you cancel, unless you ask us to remove them.
